Homemade Mutton Masala Powder

We will show you how to turn your usual mutton curry into a mouthwatering dish.
- Put oil into a pressure cooker. Sauté sliced onions until slightly golden.
- Cook for 3 minutes with ginger garlic paste.
- Cook mutton pieces for 6 minutes or until colour changes.
- Stir in salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and mutton masala. Simmer for 4 minutes on low heat.
- Cook the chopped tomatoes for 2 minutes before adding the yoghurt.
- Add chopped coriander leaves to a bit of water. Simmer for about 8 minutes to make the mutton tender.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala powder. Serve immediately with rice, roti or bread.

Dry red chillies, Coriander seeds, Fennel seeds, Black pepper, Cumin seeds, Poppy seeds, Kal Passi, Cardomom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Briyani leaves, Marathi Mooku, Star anise, Jathi Patri.
