- Cook urad dhal, sliced tomatoes, dried red chillies, curry leaves, mustard seeds, and our rasam powder in 20g oil.
- Prepare one litre of tamarind juice and set it aside.
- Then add one litre of water and simmer for a while.
- Sprinkle with salt afterwards.
- Make sure the seasoning is correct.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- When it begins to boil vigorously, remove it from heat.
